Booster Pumps
Booster pumps provide auxiliary power to extend the pumping distance of GLDD’s cutter suction and trailing suction hopper dredges. GLDD owns and operates eight large boosters, ranging between 3,600 to 14,400 hp (2,685 to 10,830 kW).
